About West Parade Dental Practice

West Parade Dental Care is contracted to provide NHS dental services to Lincolnshire PCT.  In addition to this, our dentists also undertake private treatments and most accept patients wishing to sign up for Denplan.
 
We have six surgeries which are used by the dentists, therapist and hygienists, supported by ten fully qualified nurses and one trainee nurse. She will commence her college course during 2011.

There are six receptionists working various hours to answer your telephone calls, make appointments, take any necessary payments and answer your general enquiries.

We treat patients with courtesy and respect and expect our staff to be treated in the same manner.

Due to the nature of our building, not all rooms are accessible to wheelchairs. However, dentists will be happy to see patients in a ground floor surgery. Please inform the receptionist when booking your appointment.

We recently refurbished our sterilisation area and have invested heavily in modern equipment to ensure compliance with new Department of Health guidelines for infection control.

Our waiting room, patient toilets and reception area have recently been modernised in order to improve the patient experience.

The Practice closes at lunch time once a month to discuss issues such as staff training, administration matters and ways to improve the services we offer.
